You may use the lesson plans, quizzes, and materials generated by our AI for use in your classroom and educational settings. You may not resell these materials on other marketplaces.

Thrive & Learn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

While our AI Coach is trained on educational standards, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on every fact generated. Teachers should always review materials before presenting them to students.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Billing Cycle: The membership fee for the Thrive & Learn service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the "Account" page.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your Thrive & Learn membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Thrive & Learn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Thrive & Learn's website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
